It's important to work your heart, just like any other muscle in your body to live a healthy lifestyle. I tend to get cardio in 3-4 times a week! I love mixing it up, to confuse my body and constantly challenge myself! The treadmill is one of my favorite machines to work on when it comes to cardio. This is a high intensity, 25 minute cardio workout. I like to hit the weights, and finish with this one! Make sure you have water on hand, and really push yourself. Remember, its only 25 minutes, you can do it. Really try to breath and focus on getting your heart rate down during the jog. I didn't include a speed for the jog or the sprint because everyone is different. Test out what your jog speed and sprint speed are and work on increasing them. If this mights be a tough one for you, you can keep it at an incline of 0 your first time around and incorporate the inclines the next time you do it. The incline will really help tone your legs during this workout. Challenging yourself and beating your old numbers is part of the fun. I hope this one is as fun for you as it is for me! Enjoy!

Tone your legs with this awesome treadmill workout!
I absolutely love the incline on the treadmill. It triggers muscles in your legs and butt that you don't use on a daily basis, and this is definitely what you need in order to tone those legs. When you walk, your using the muscles that you use every single day, but when your on an incline, your muscles have to work twice as hard to get you going. I love this workout, it is very intense and you will feel it for a week after your first time! Don't be afraid, work at your own pace and just have fun with it! There are so many things that you can do on a treadmill aside from just running! Share with a friend that will motivate you, and get to the gym together!

Incline Treadmill: Leg and Booty Cardio Workout!
I know I haven't been on in a while, but I hope that I can get back into the swing of things and continue to add great tips and workouts on this blog! I actually did this treadmill circuit yesterday and my butt and my legs were feeling it this morning. It definitely gets your heart racing, your blood pumping, and calories burning. Try to make it through the 25 minutes. I know it can be tough, so it can be modified. Lower the speed if your having trouble, but try to maintain the inclines. Also, a quick tip, when your doing incline workouts as such, do not hold onto the top of the treadmill. The workout is meant for your legs and butt to do the work and when you hold on your allowing the rest of your body to pick up the slack. Its better to go at your pace than to use your arms to hold on. When your in 3.5-4.0 you should be at a trot, you won't be walking anymore at this point. You may also pick up the intensity by increasing your speed if you feel up to it! Get your booty moving! I hope you enjoy!

I LOVE THIS Intense FAT- burning Treadmill Workout
Cardio, cardio, cardio! I can't say it enough, it is one of THE best ways to lose weight and see results. You can burn tons of calories, which will eventually add up to fat, if you can push yourself everyday to get some cardio in. You have to be willing to put the work in if you want to see improvement, it won't happen overnight but it will happen if you work hard! You are guaranteed to burn fat during this intense treadmill workout. This treadmill workout has been tested and approved by me! I have used it several times and feel absolutely great afterwards. The incline and speed change frequently throughout, so pay attention. The idea behind switching the incline and speed is to confuse your muscles and get your heart rate up and back down to normal as soon as possible. The higher your heart rate, the more calories are being burned, and the faster you can get your heart rate back down when in rest mode, the healthier you are! Your comments are always welcome! I hope you enjoy this intense workout, and can see results as I have!
